After the evening Mass on May 28, 2024, two Postulants—Anthony Pangilinan and Enrique Geremia Teodoro—and a returnee after a 2-year returnee—John Ervin Valerio—were accepted to the Novitiate Program by Provincial Superior Fr. Mario Sobrejuanite. Fr. Mario had presided at the Eucharistic celebration with concelebrants Fr. Jerome Palma, Formator of Postulants; Fr. Jose Aripio, Formator of Novices; Fr. Pablo Yntig, Local Superior of Cebu Community; and Fr. Samy Torrefranca, Vocation Director. In his homily, Fr. Mario encouraged the incoming Novices to strive to enter into the spirit and practices of religious life and live the Pauline charism and mission.

The Novices will undergo the one-year formation program at the Novitiate House in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, under the guidance of their formator, Fr. Jose, and the local superior, Fr. Pablo. The Cebu community attends to St Pauls bookstores and to the spiritual needs of Pauline communities in the area: Daughters of St. Paul, Pious Disciples of the Divine Master, Institute of Our Lady of the Annunciation, and Institute of Holy Family.

Anthony Pangilinan, 23 years, is from San Fernando Pampanga; Enrique Teodoro, 23 years, is from Cabuyao, Laguna; and John Ervin Valerio, 31 years, is from Makati City. They were aspirants in St. Paul Seminary, Silang, Cavite, with John Ervin attending the Adult Formation Program.
