After the AVP presentation, all CSCBA awardees were made to stand and raised their individual Cardinal Sin trophy to the applause of those who attended the 34th CMMA.

Aside from On the Way of the Cross, one of ST PAULS published titles, Healing through the Sacrament of Reconciliation, penned by Ms. Ilsa Reyes,  was also recognized as best book in the Ministry Category.

The Cardinal Sin Catholic Book Awards is CMMA’s official awarding body for books category. Organized by the Asian Catholic Communication Incorporated (ACCI), it acknowledges annually book titles fostering Christian formation and values. This year, 18 published books are finalists in six different categories namely, Liturgy, Family Life, Ministry, Youth and Children, Spirituality and Theology.

The 34th CMMA carries the theme, Reflective Silence and Word: A Richer Communication of Our Faith. In his keynote address, Most Rev. Archbishop Luis Antonio G. Tagle, DD described reflective silence as a form of silence that focuses on God by being attentive to His mysterious actions.
