During the Opening Mass on Monday, 3 November, the Superior General, Fr. Silvio Sassi, mentioned that the current Meeting - being held between the Intercapitular Assembly in Cuernavaca and the IX General Chapter (which God willing will take place on May 2010) - intends to reaffirm the importance of communion and accord between the General Government and the 18 Circumscriptions of the Congregation.
In the morning of 3 and 4 November, the respective superiors presented to the assembly the tasks programmed following the Intercapitular Assembly in Cuernavaca. Difficulties and strengths encountered in the fulfilment of the tasks were highlighted.
