Blessing Chicago CommunityOn Saturday, March 14, 2015, Most Reverend Alberto Rojas, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago blessed the community chapel during the celebration of the Mass at the new Society of St Paul residence in Chicago, IL, USA.

We are beginning a new ministerial endeavor with the establishment of a Pauline community in Chicago. The present residence on the premises of Holy Rosary Parish is temporary until a larger facility can be found in order to accommodate additional members.

In addition to the new residence, a St Pauls Catholic Biblical Center is currently under construction. This center will concentrate on promoting and distributing the Bible and biblical commentaries in 5 different languages – English, Spanish, Polish, Korean and Tagalog.

At the present time the diffusion ministry is already being carried out through weekend Bible and Book exhibits at parishes in the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Like our pioneer Pauline priests, brothers and sisters, we feel the breath of the Holy Spirit moving us forward in faith.
